Radioisotopic Imaging

BAS Series - Fujifilm’s family of BAS scanners pioneered radioisotopic imaging by replacing X-ray film with fast and accurate Imaging Plate (IP) technology.  The compact BAS-1800II provides accurate high-throughput array analysis, while the BAS 2500 provides higher image quality required for high-density DNA hybridization arrays.

FLA Series – Our versatile FLA series allows you to collect images from radio-isotope-labeled samples and fluorescent-labeled samples.  The FLA-8000 provides high-resolution capabilities for bioresearch methodologies.  The versatile FLA-5100 provides advanced fluorescence, radioisotopic, chemiluminescent, and gel documentation solutions for large size samples in protein 2D electrophoresis and general image analysis.

Fluorescent Imaging

FLA Series - The FLA-8000 features fluorescent image detection at pixel sizes as low as 5 microns.  The FLA-5100 also includes four internal lasers and PMTs to provide a wide range of imaging capabilities for samples as large as 40 x 46cm at pixel sizes as low as 10 microns. 

LAS Series – The LAS-3000 system also provides fluorescent imaging with maximum sample size of 25 x 25cm.  Blue, green, or red LED epi-illuminator or UV transilluminator can be used as the excitation light source.

Chemiluminescent Imaging

LAS Series – The LAS-3000 is the most advanced luminescent imaging analyzer offered of Fujifilm Life Science.  The system utilizes a cooled CCD cameral to capture chemiluminescent, fluorescent, and gel documentation images.  Additionally, this system includes four levels of pixel binding to increase sensitivity.  The LAS-3000mini The LAS-3000mini also uses the newly designed F0.85 FUJINON high-sensitivity lens to capture the faintest images, such as expression of calcium-binding proteins.  The low-noise design captures images at -30 degrees Celsius, allowing for increased exposure times.   In addition, the compact body incorporates the modular darkroom and non-parallax tray.

Digital Imaging for TEM

FDL-5000- The FDL-5000 delivers exceptional 25 micron pixel size images by reading TEM images with an erasable, high-speed IP.  The FDL-5000 IP is sized to replace conventional film used for TEM.
