Fluor Stage

A glass plate of 40x46cm can be used for fluorescence detection, digitizing function and chemiluminescence detection.

IP Stage
A magnetic stage holds the IP with a soft ferrite layer of any size up 40x46cm.

(With optional microtiter plate holder that can hold up to six microtiter plates)
Large size polyacrylamide gel plate can be measured with the glass.

BAS-MS 3543

High sensitivity and waterproof MS type IP appeared in 350x430mm size. Corresponding IP cassette is 400x430mm in size, and is the size that two 200x400mm IP can be exposed simultaneously.

Slide Carrier

Up to 5 glass slides can be set. Allowance for the size of the slide is very widely designed. Focusing of the optics is set on the surface of the glass slide. By setting the software at Slide mode, 5 slides can be imaged for the entire wavelength equipped in the FLA-8000 by one click.

Gel Carrier

Up to 2 mini-gels (51x59mm) can be set. For example, agarose gel for checking the PCR products before hybridization can be applied. Focusing of the optics is set at 1 mm above the glass platen. By setting the software to Gel mode, 2 gels can be imaged at 100 um pixel size.

IP Carrier

A special size (85x127mm) imaging plate was prepared for FLA-8000, namely BAS-SR0813. IP carrier is a magnetic plate to stick the IP, which has soft ferrite layer. As the sensitivity of FLA-8000 is designed to be higher at Green-Red regions, the blue (390nm) photo-stimulated luminescence of IP detection is lower than other FLA systems or BAS systems.
